Experience
After a very rewarding experience in high school when I helped with a special education class, I realized my life goal. I decided that I wanted to help those who struggle, so that they too, may find and succeed at their life goals. I went on to obtain a bachelor's degree from Salisbury University, in Physical Education with focuses in teaching and business. I also have a master's degree from West Virginia University, in Sports Management. Some of my qualifications include having K-12 certification in which I covered many important subjects, such as literature, writing, and special education. Also, while studying for my degrees I received great honors for my grades and participated in many of the running sports. When helping students, I enjoy showing them the foundation of their subjects and how it applies to life. This allows them to better grasp what they are learning. Another area of expertise for me, is working with college level students, assisting them with their essays and applying to different schools. When I'm not tutoring, I enjoy being outdoors and listening to music. Being active allows me to keep a clear mind, so I can focus on the task at hand.
